You may return an item if:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

  • The content or description on our site was incorrect or misleading

Note: Color may vary slightly due to availability or screen display settings. This is not considered a defect.

Returns May Not Be Accepted If:

Returns or replacements may be denied under the following conditions:

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or improper placement

  • Product has been used, altered, or installed

  • Serial number, barcode, or label is tampered with or missing

  • Damage due to moisture, water spills, or wet walls/floors

  • Issues not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty


Return or Replacement Process

If your return request is valid:

  2. Share proof of the issue (e.g., photos or video).

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for return pickup or guide you through the replacement process.
